To address the impact of increased diesel costs, EPH is introducing a Fuel Levy Surcharge from Thursday, 19th March 2026.
HOW DOES THE FUEL LEVY SURCHARGE (FLS) WORK?
- Each Monday, EPH will publish on this website the Average Terminal Gate Price (ATGP) for Diesel in Brisbane, as per the data from the Australian Institute of Petroleum (AIP),
- This weekly average diesel price data will be used in EPH’s FLS model to calculate the FLS rate for the following week,
- The FLS charges commence on the Monday of publication, applying per hour to all hourly hire works performed up to and including the following Sunday of that week,
PLEASE NOTE: It is likely that projects which run from one week to the next will encounter different FLS rates throughout their duration. EPH will leave historical data below for Client and Subcontractor reconciliation.
